Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All products sold on Jay’s Dad are digital downloads.

Because digital files cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded.

2. Exceptions

We may offer a refund if:

• You purchased the same product twice
• You experienced a technical issue preventing download
• There was an error on our side
